HOW DO I PAY?

You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay online. We also have a Speedpoint/Card Machine available should you wish to book online and pay with your Credit or Debit when you arrive.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Yes, there is plenty of parking in same parking lot as Midmed hospital.

CAN I BRING MY SMALL CHILD WITH ME?

Yes! Any child that is age 4 and under can come along with you and will be free of charge. **Important**: please call us after making your reservation so that we can add their spot to your reservation, due to each game having a maximum capacity for space/players.

WHAT IS IT TO PLAY AN ESCAPE ROOM?

An Escape Room in simple terms is themed rooms with puzzles, locks and riddles for players to solve. The Rooms bring stories to life to create an experience where players escape the real world and enter a new “world” . Players will have 60 minutes per room to solve the room or to escape.

CAN I RESCHEDULE?

Absolutely! Give us a call. Reschedule 48 hours before for full refund, 24 hours before 50% refund, rescheduling on the day no refund.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

We recommend our games for ages 16 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 16 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver. You may be asked for Identification.

CAN WE BRING FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE GAMES?

We ask that no food or drink is taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises. Some drinks and snacks will be available to purchase on site.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that plans change, so reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your game for a full refund! Give us a call.

Escape Room Rules

Age restrictions:

All minors under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Hours and time frames: 09:00 – 12:00 & 14:00 – 23:00
Walk in clients will be assisted if time slots are open. Paid online booking takes preference. First Paid first serve.
All teams will have to complete all puzzles within 45 minutes, failure will result in losing the game.

Rules:

No cell phones or any other electronic devices will be permitted.
No photo’s or video are permitted inside the premises
Do not spoil the fun by giving the clues and answers to other team members or social media
Participants that are cheating will be removed from the game
Game masters has permission to end the games without notice, but with valid reasons
Your escape will never be through the ceiling and no clues will be placed out of reach.
No lock picking, this defeats the purpose of solving the clues to escape.
Do not touch, tamper or remove any electrical socket or appliance
Do not damage or misuse any props. Ensure all keys to locks are left inside the room
Do not force, push or bang on any furniture, walls or props. If a drawer doesn’t open, its because you need to find another way to open it, or
perhaps it was never suppose to open.
No eating, drinking, smoking or vaping in the rooms.
No loud noise or screaming in the rooms as there is other gamers in the other rooms
If you leave the room, consider your game as over
